  1. Organic Herbal Tea ( Saffron, Cardamom, Orange Peel powder, Black Pepper, Dandelion root, Licorice root powder, Peppermint, Turmeric, Ashwagandha)
  2. Night time Tea ( Saffron, Rose petals, Sandalwood, vetiver)
  3. Pillow ( Eucalyptus oil, Peppermint Oil, Vitamin E, Rosewater, Lavender Oil,

  5. Pearl Barley breakfast twice a week
  6. Exercise plan

8 week plan: 40 Daily Tea, 34 Night Tea, 168 Pillow sprays, 27 black seed oil servings, Pearl Barley breakfast 16 servings.

Week 1

Organic Herbal Tea  5 times week (PLEASE NOTE- DO NOT USE BOILING WATER)

1 teaspoon of Black seed oil 3 times a week ( you can add your teaspoon of black seed oil in your tea if you wish)

3 squirts of pillow spray before bed

Night Tea at least 20 mins before bed 5 times a week

5 minute exercise 5 times a week (eg. Walk, jog, Run)

Pearl Barley Breakfast twice a week e.g Monday – Thursday

Week 2
